Can I return my order? What is the return policy?

Steps to follow if you want to return your order: 

1- Write us an e-mail with a maximum of 15 days from the receipt of your order to with the order number and explaining the reason. Do not forget to put in the subject of the RETURN itself. 

2- We will send you a code to the e-mail that you have provided us to process the incident. You must indicate this code in the shipment you make to our offices.
